On the second Thursday of every month there is limited access to the surgery due to staff training.  Normal service resumes 8am the following day.   

During this time, you can still call us but our phones will be answered by our out of hours provider.

Please call 999 for life threatening emergencies or 111 for anything urgent.

There is an evening, weekend and bank holiday service provided by NHS 111. Simply dial 111.

In a Genuine emergency you should call 999 - Chest pains and/or shortness of breath and/or signs of a stroke constitute as an emergency.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
